Tweak hex editor

Few days ago I was in need of hex editor that can also insert bytes, but is a simple console program. Doing a standard google search or advanced "AI" search yields many hex editors some of them installing several hundred megabytes of data to find out it does not work that way even in graphics mode. Today looking for something else I found randomly "tweak" - simple console utility (100kB) hex editor that easily can edit hex files and also insert bytes from hex having "emacs"/"joe"/"nano" like keyboard shortcuts. What a gem.
